For In-Stock Items
1. Please PM/Email me for availability of items.
2. Full payment to be made within 2-3 days to confirm orders otherwise VOID.

2. Cash payment

Delivery Terms:
1. Self-Collection at Choa Chu Kang
2. Spend $60 and above, free delivery provided.

For Delicacy orders
1. Please order 3 days in advance.
2. Make your 50% payment to confirm and balance by Cash upon collection.
3. Self-Collection at Chua Chu Kang.
4. Free delivery for orders above $100.
